The villa features a sauna, a spacious terrace, a living room, and two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with three single beds. You will be our only guests, as we rent out only one private villa, ensuring peace and a high-quality rest.

- Minimum stay is 2 nights (3 nights during the summer season). Shorter stays can be agreed individually.
- Capacity: comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests
- Summer price: €140–170 per night
- Other seasons: €100 per night
- City Tax: The price does not include the „Pillow Tax” (municipal fee) of €2 per person per night (not applicable to children under 18)
- Booking: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit
- Sauna: €35 (advance booking required)
